Normally, Synchronize! plays a selectable sound when it completes its copying. Leave the "When copying is complete, play" box checked to play a sound.

You can choose a different sound with the popup menu.

When the sound level is set to zero (in the Sound Control Panel), the menu bar flashes, but no sound is played, when copying is complete.
